Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RegScope AI ("the Service"), operated by NewFrame Legal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

RegScope AI provides AI-assisted preliminary regulatory screening for projects seeking to understand their potential obligations under EU financial regulation, including MiCA (EU 2023/1114), MiFID II (2014/65/EU), PSD2 (EU 2015/2366), and AIFMD (2011/61/EU).

The Service does not provide legal advice. Assessments do not constitute legal opinions within the meaning of regulated legal services in any jurisdiction. They are produced for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any compliance, licensing, or business decision.

3. No Legal Advisory Relationship

Use of the Service does not create a solicitor-client, attorney-client, or any other legal advisory relationship between you and NewFrame Legal.

4. Payment and Reports

Reports are provided on a per-report basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed via WayForPay. Reports are made available upon successful payment. All sales are final — refunds are not available once an assessment has been generated.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

The Service covers MiFID II, MiCA, PSD2, and includes a preliminary AIFMD flag only. It does not constitute a full AIFMD, Prospectus Regulation, MAR, DORA, or AML/CFT analysis. Regulation interpretation evolves and NCAs may take different positions in practice. Seek advice from qualified EU regulatory counsel before making any decisions based on assessments produced by the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI pipeline, interface, and knowledge base, is the property of NewFrame Legal. Assessment reports may be used for your internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute assessments as independent legal opinions.

7. Data and Privacy

Information submitted to generate an assessment is used solely for the purpose of producing that assessment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewFrame Legal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific assessment giving rise to any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
